I have used several brands of blank dvds but I find I rely on Verbatim most often. I use them primarily for my dvd recorders and the discs are pretty reliable. There are occasional bad burns where discs don't finalize properly but I think those are more likely due to my aging dvd recorder rather than the discs themselves.

These disks have the same capacity as the more expensive Sony disks, but function just the same. They are a great bargain when you need either storage or recording ability. I have used them many times before and have had absolutely no problems when using them.

The only disc that I know will always burn the whole image. Cheaper disc will not burn out so you lose all that time waiting to the end to find the disc has an error and will not play.

For what they are; budget disc...you can't beat them for the money. Sure there are greated brands and bulk prising but to be honest BB just beat out amazon and other outlets on pricing when i bought 5 packs from them.

I have never had any problem with Verbatim. Not even the "Life Series" that everyone says is the "cheaper" one. So far, I have used like 10-15 of the 100 pack, and no failures whatsoever with this superior "Azo" series.

These dvd-r discs are the best ive been able to find imo. I would recommend these highly and if they were in stock i would buy more asap. Been using for a while now.

We use these in our robotic DVD burner and the robotic arm picks them up with ease. No recording errors in the last several spindles. Reliable product.

Out of the the entire spindle, I only had one coaster. So, overall great buy.

I bought a pack of these DVDs when they were on sale at best buy. I wish I bought more when they were on sale but I had never used this specific set of DVDs before and wanted to test them out before I loaded up on more. I'm quite amazed at how perfect these DVDs are. I ran Nero CD-DVD tests on these and they scored the highest of any discs I have used. I use Taiyo Yuden discs for the most part, but I was quite shocked to see these discs beat even those! Every burner is different and every burner likes certain discs better than others. It may be because I use Taiyo Yuden DVD+r and my burner likes DVD-r better. Not entirely sure, but both brands produce great test results. I have Lite-On dual layer 16x burner if you're wondering. I also got these results from burning at full speed at 16x. I was amazed to get these kind of results burning at full speed instead of a slower speed. Quality discs are still the main rule though when you're talking about burning DVDr, but if you know about quality DVDs then you already know what I'm talking about. (Taiyo Yuden brand discs are the highest quality discs out there and they invented the DVDr format for those who do not know) I had a maximum PI failure rate of 2 for a 98% score and only a total of 320 PI failures for the entire disc. This is with a full disc being burned to the edge. This score even beat my Taiyo Yuden scores. Absolutely 0 coasters with these DVDs and they will play in any device you use. You can read reviews on these discs anywhere on the net and you'll see amazing ratings. You cannot go wrong buying these DVDs at all. I guarantee it. I will buy these again when I run out. If you're looking for high quality discs with 0 coasters, buy these. All that matters with buying blank dvd media is price and quality. These of the highest quality so you cannot go wrong with buying these.

The Only Disc I Ever Use I have tried other disc before, this is the only brand that works 100% of the time.

I burn DVDs pretty frequently and these Verbatim discs are one of the few I use. Don't confuse these with the Life-Series discs, as there a big difference in quality between the two. I rarely end up with "coasters" and I'd guess that maybe one out of every 300 or so discs hasn't been good. When these are on sale I'm sure to pick up a spindle or two and you should do the same!

I've been using these for years and I rarely come across one that is defective. Cheap and great to use.

Overall, the price and quality of this product is great! Reccommend this item.

If for w/e reason my store's all out of Sony, I only consider Verbatim.
