Great discs when you have a lot of video to burn and it will not fit on one DVD. Used for storing transferred VHS home movies.

Verbatime makes very reliable BD-R discs. I have been using them for some time and never had one bad.

Disks function as required. Partner needed to send large video files to family. They were good for that need.

BluRay is great for bulk storage and long term archive of photos. Regular backups allow for off system storage.
