It has improved my mood in relation to the decrease in daylight during the winter months (Seasonal Affective Disorder).

Bought Happy Lights for my wife and our son and his wife. All three as using the Happy Lights as per their instructions and have reported positive results.

Verilux HappyLight Works Well

Notice I feel better later in the day with no headache. Very convenient and small like a book. I have seasonal affective disorder w/ bi-polar depression - level 2.
