E-mailed refill card, there is no other way

Often times you can't remove the security stripe without damaging the little PIN number, so receiving this in an e-mail is, for me, the preferred way to refill my account.

Bestbuy is great but Verizon need some improvement

However the verizon website is awkward to use. When you finish loading your giftcard you are not able to see how much you loaded and is it successful. Verizon really needs to get their website together and provides a better UX.
