      I prefer to buy the prepaid Verizon cards as there are times when I don't have the $$$ in my checking account to have them do an automatic payment... and I end up short of cash plus having to pay a fee for not having the proper funds in my account. Buying sveral cards at a time also helps prevent this.

      I had great service from a Geek Squad Technician. His name was AJ. He knew exactly what to do to fix my computer. I told him he was very intelligent and well informed. He was so smart and so polite and courteous. He seemed to really care about my computer issues.

      Chelsea at the New Hartford NY store could not have been more accommodating ordering, setting up service and explaining to me the use of my very first cell phone (Samsung A32 5G). Couldn't be happier!

      Verizon was easy to deal with. All though I think their prices are a little high. I have to admit their service is good and I havent had any problems with Verizon.

      I had a good experience with a few of the associates. I had to return a few times to get things straightened out, but overall they were there to assist me when I couldn't do it for myself.
