No customer service support can be reached. A waste of time. Best buy salesperson did not know the product and advised that it could be used without a cell from the provider. Wrong

Activate at the register or it’s a brick

So far it serves the purpose I purchased it for. It is difficult to set up but fortunately the salesman at Best Buy did it for me.

Great, Fast Hotspot

The setup did take some time as I think the people on chat/phone were unclear what I was trying to activate. But...once activation was complete, the unit works perfectly and consumes very little power, which is personally important to me. I would prefer a heavier material for its build, but I think it will hold up just fine durability wise.

The storewoman told me that my old unit would not work but in talking to Verizon it does. Then sold me a new unit but did not release it so I could connect with Verizon. Have to travel back to the store to get it released just as I am trying to get out of town. Very disappointed.

Spent 90 minutes in the store and they couldn’t get it to work and sent me ti Verizon. Version said that the unit is not going to work and suggested I return it. It was a huge waste of time.
