Poor battery, may need to get a new sim card
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Frustrating because it seems like Verizon will have to issue you a new/different sim card if you get the prepaid plan, so the fact that it comes with a sim card is pretty much pointless as I had to wait for a new one to arrive via mail even though I used the activation codes provided in the pamphlet/manual. Battery life of the device isn't great either.

All around hassle

Activation had to be accomplished via a call to VZ tech support as doing it yourself is impossible. The device takes about 15 minutes to establish a wireless connection to the network. Once connected the speeds are just a little better than dial-up speeds, akin to VERY early broadband 1-2MB. To top it all off the data packages are crazy expensive given how slow the speeds are. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and get a witeless data plan.

Does Not Work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product was awful and EXTREMELY hard to get it set up with Verizon. Once I had it covered and working with them, I got to where we had no service and needed to use it and it would not work. The product was fully charged and was had a prepaid plan to it, yet still said “no internet available.” Incredibly frustrating when I was dealing with Verizon for 1.5 hours to set it up and it ended up not working. I returned the product. Would not recommend, ESPECIALLY if you do not have a Verizon plan as I imagine that would make this even harder to use.

Do NOT Buy this device, a WASTE of time and MONEY.

The device is impossible to active and the support phone numbers are not responsive. If don't believe me just check out verizons website on how to activate this and it'll literally have no content for it.

Terrible Service by Verizon to get it Settled
