Had no problem switching from my old sim to new SIM card online at no cost to use with with my existing phone number. Only problem is it gets really hot. Not sure if I received one with a glitch or if it's the apps I'm on. Other then that it works great

Locked to Verizon

It works very well, but is small

Battery time is better than an Android phone that I used before the Apple 5s.

And Verizon is great! The service is amazing and not to mention that now they feature an iPhone 5s prepaid!!! The pain is just $45 a month and the signal is amazing. Would definitely recommend this product and the service provider (prepaid plan)

bought it for my mom
