    There is a website listed on the back of the box that you can go to and punch in your phone's IMEI number to make sure it is compatible before you buy it. I checked, it said mine would work. Hours of frustration later, it turns out it was not compatible. Was able to get my money back. Hopefully it' will work for you, but be sure to keep your receipt.

    Verizon SIM card activation was easy and fast. Verizon customer service department it's friendly and easy to get ahold of. Make sure you have an unlocked Verizon phone or purchase a Verizon prepaid phone from Best Buy though.

    Good plan for kids that need phone and data service. I like the data cap and it stops when all the data is used and doesn't try to charge you for extra data. The data you pay for is all the data you have.

    The Verizon wireless pre-pay is a good idea for me as I do not have high usage and wanted my own phone. Trying to deal with Verizon was very frustrating, so I got this at Best Buy with no problem!

    I have a Moto G4Plus and it turns out that without a special sim card from Verizon the best I could do was 3G. No one, including Verizon could tell me that until I researched it on line.

    I bought this for a friend who is visiting the US for a conference. it was all problems with the signal, can't call and text him.

    Relatively easy to sign up for Verizon but site would not allow me to enter the payment schedule I wanted. Called support staff and they fixed the problem for me.

    When I purchased the bundle I used the nano Sim first. It worked just fine. The time card I had purchased and came in the same package I tried a month later and had a lot of trouble and never got it to work. I spoke with someone at Verizon and he told me the time cards were never scaned as purchased. I still have 3 or 4 nano Sims and 2 or 3 time cards that were never used.

    Had some issues with it not connecting and had to talk to multiple sales rep. from Verizon and Best Buy in order for it to be resolved.
