My only complaint would be that you have to have 4G in order for it to work. So I wasn't able to use it at the location I was in at the time of purchase. But for the future I have high hopes.

The only negative side about this Verizon device is that you can only buy a 60 day refill pack of datA so if you run out of data before the two months your prepaid airtime plan is good for, you can no longer use the data until that 60 day period is up, even if you go out and buy a new top up card. This was upsetting to find out after purchasing it.

Love the product

The Hot Spot did the trick and we were able to carry on, while replacing the phone service who were not responsive to our business needs. Will use for travel as well, when Wi-Fi is sketchy in places.
