Brought this item on May 8th Have not been able to use it at all Constantly calling Verizon They are no help

This item does not work, even when you have it off it uses all your data. Verizon does not support this piece of equipment.

i had used it and paid $100 but the usage kept going down even when not in use... unable to view usage until it was to late

Had many problems with it, paid time ran out before I got it working again. Expensive to use.

Product doesn't work. Took it to the Verizon store and they couldn't get it to work either.

Uses too much time on charge card. Looses signal.

this product is not good as it should, i would not recommend to anyone.

This is a great router to use on the go! I used it at a recent expo and it worked great, even though multiple users were accessing it. The range is good, but not great but it never needed to be reset and never disconnected on us. Recommended!

Total waste of money! Bought this for short term internet connection while I was house sitting for my mother. She and her husband have Verizon cellphone and jetpack service which work great where they live. This jetpack would only receive a signal sitting on a window sill in their living room. 12 days before my monthly plan ran out and with 1 gig of data still available it lost the signal completely and would not connect no matter what I tried. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! Do no buy this! I got very angry and dashed it to the driveway after walking around outside hoping to find a signal. Most regretted purchase in a long time. I read the reviews before and believed this to be exactly what I needed. It is overpriced garbage. If you are tempted to buy this you might as well just toss $100 in the trash or better yet donate it to charity at least they'll make use of the money that you would have wasted on this junk.

I bought this to take into rural areas where I can't get signal on my Sprint phone (which is everywhere). This thing only works when there is a strong Verizon signal. In most cases where signal was weak, this wouldn't work and it was better to turn someone's Verizon Galaxy or iPhone into a hot spot. Sometimes my lousy Sprint coverage got better signal than this device got from Verizon's network! Disappointed!

Very easy to use and the support has been great. Would recommend to any one looking for a Hotspot.

This Was Product Is Great But Didn't Really Use It. So I Had To Return But It Is Good To Use it In Place That has No Hotspot.

The data runs out fast, and customer service is a joke. I used it in the country and it worked well considering how far out I was, but the data runs out unexplainably fast. it would be best to invest in one that cost slight more in my opinion.

It's a bit weak for a hot spot and hard to secure with an older computer. I would recommend comcast business class with a open mesh router. You can then have 49 links to sell and make money off of!

The Verizon Hotspot worked for a temporary solution, but wouldn't work for long term.

Verizon has the best coverage ever, but for some reason, it didn't work on the reservation. I bought a straight talk wireless hub and it worked fine in the same location
