Once the hot spot was set up, It ran fantastic. We use it while away on vacations and up north on the weekend.
Others have latched on and used it also. They have had no issues either.

Before, I had a Virgin Mobile Netgear Mingle, but that was very complicated to set up funding for. This is much easier to deal with.

Very good Hotspot, picks up signal very good even in fringe areas. Info screen is small but provides signal strength & number of devices connected.
Battery life could be better.

Easy to setup and works like a charm. Good coverage for a 1800 sq ft home. Just wish the 10gb plan didn't expire in only 2 months.

The first month was great, my plan lasted all month. This time it ate my 105$ in 3 days. The customer service was great though. Refund the money to my account. Explained everything to me so now I feel like an expert. From now on I can manage my account completely myself. So I like my product!

Love the jetpack.
Do not love trying to get it set up on prepay data. Took forever.
Got great signal through verizon, however- look out, watching you tube eats data very quickly.

I'm glad I made the decision to purchase this mobile hotspot device. It far exceeds other devices that I've had in the past.

I've been debating ordering this prepaid device to use to play games online. I live in the country and can only get satellite internet which is not able to play fps online.
Bought this device and payed $60 for 5gbs. Works great so far. Been playing on my ps4 and xbox 360 with little to no issues. Wouldn't recommend to use for updating large files but for gaming and browsing it works great.
The verizon online account allows me to monitor by usage as well. Great product. Data is pricey though.

This hotspot works well anywhere in the Verizon coverage area. If you already have a Verizon account but want to add a pay as you go device it is a little harder to get it activated so find the Verizon activation number and talk to a support person. The automated system will send you in circles.

This is my first Hotspot ever so I did not know what to expect when purchasing it. At the price it was on sale for I said, well it's worth to try and if I did not like it, I would not have lost out on much. That being said, this device had exceeded my expectations and then some!
I was going on a trip to Disneyland for vacation and celebrate my birthday early (At the time of this review it is my birthday today) and the hotel Wifi access was $5 a day. I said, I could easily spend that per day but I would not be able to take it with me to the park.
So... I purchased the $20 1GB card and it lasted the whole trip from Wednesday evening to the car trip going back home. It was great to look around on Facebook, send some emails and browse the holiday ads for super sales going on.
This is not a replacement for regular internet from the big companies so if you're looking at it for that, move on. It's more for people who are on the go and need something to check important things on their computer when they are in the middle of nowhere (And when you're at Disney too!)
A great purchase at the price which it was on sale. Will come in handy for future trips. Was very easy to activate too and I did not need the instruction manual. Just connect, open your browser and setup your plan.

I purchased this in Tallahassee, FL for a trip to Montana. I used it with my iPod to link it with my GPS to get traffic and weather updates on my trip. It worked fine at first but between Bainbridge, GA and Dothan, AL it constantly stopped working and I would have to turn it off and back on. I later realized it was not a fault of the device but of the cellular system and not switching from tower to tower. When we got near Montgomery, AL it worked like a charm and continued to woirk all the way to Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and back. When we got back to Dothan, AL the problem began again. As we left Alabama it started working as it should. Great device, not as fast as land based wireless but not bad. It was great to have in the hotels that charge for wi-fi. I will certainly continue to use it while traveling.

Unit would not hold a charge for very long (1-2 hrs); When coupled with the data program we bought from Verizon; turned out to be a major disappointment because of the large amount of data used over a very short period of time.

My sales tech was wonderful. He helped me find the right item and then installed it for me. I chose best buy for the knowledge their sales techs have plus the service and they came through. Thank you
