The jet pack works great for me. It turns on the very first time I push the button and the blue light comes on I get service right away. I think it's an excellent product !

The cheapest prepaid device you can find. I have been using for months. When you purchase any data plan, take a note of wireless number bc you ll be needed in advance

Product works very well for Remote Internet access when you are away from your Internet Service Provider. Battery lasts all day for extended use.

I bought this to have internet and calls over wifi when I am camping and my cell provider doesn't have service. Great in a pinch when I need another network to get online in the woods.

Small Device looks better then the post paid (contract) device you can only connect 8 devices which is fine set up is easy can be used on a post paid (contracted) account as well.

Needs a hotspot for my 16 yr old who went to gram's home for Xmas and gram doesn't have wifi 10 gbs cost 100$ on Verizon. Omg

It works, data is not cheap at $10/gig. Setup instructions could definitely be better.

Device worked great during a two week driving vacation... only problem was crazy overpriced data. Like $60 for 5 gig. $100 for 10 gig. They need a price for unlimited data, because I wasnt spending another dime to buy more data late in the trip. Feel like a fool spending $100 on nothing as it is really. I'm saying yes on recommending to a friend only because the device itself worked great. Maybe too good- ha!

This works as expected. Have not had any issues or problems and Verizon service is always great and available.

I went with my father to get his 1st computer and hot spot. For him to use. I like it better then mine.

Works good for a camper on the go. It is not very accurate showing you how many GB you have used. Overall good product.

Had a bit of problem setting up due the ambiguity of instructions. Main complaint how to reset to Factory default?

Works great. I use it for work alot and because it is prepaid I am being reimbursed buy my company for this service.

This hotspot comes in handy when you are on the go and there isn’t any WiFi available to you. The only issue I had with this product was that the data GB did not rollover each month. I found my self either wasting money or not having enough depending on how little or how much I actually used it.

This has a great connection and the prices aren't bad to add serviceable
