it's a Smaller smart phone maybe good for some who would prefer a smaller phone. They scanned this phone Wrong and locked it up so i had to get a new one.. Small screen none of my friends would like this phone so No i would not recommend this to a friend..

The only thing wrong is it doesn't take a sim card

This was my first htc phone and I have to say I am very happy with it. It works great, is very responsive and is actually quite fast.

If you're purchasing your child's first cellphone, you really can't go wrong with this one. It gives them all the features of a smartphone and is very user friendly

Bought this for my son and I'm actually impressed how good it is. Good battery life, doesnt lag or freeze up, works great for his games.

Think it works great, much better than my previous phone, but screen stopped working after one drop after less than 6months. Also, camera is mediocre.

HTC makes good phones but this was about as bargain basement as it gets. Screen is great but there's some major software bugs. Slow as heck, it has a problem of random rebooting and disconnecting calls.

This is a great beginner phone and has all the bells and whistles of a high end phone.

My teenage daughter bought this for herself after she dropped her last one in the toilet. She said the camera isn't that great.

Great phone love camera features and the other aspects

It's a decent phone. Quad core processor and it's pretty quick. I don't like the fact that because it's a prepaid Verizon phone which cannot be transferred to another carrier.

This phone is horrible. Drops wifi and 4G connection constantly. If you can connect, the phone freezes. The screen is extremely slow to drag. Have to push icons several times in order to open. I have a pin code to open the phone and find it open when in my purse..not sure how that can happen. Calls sound as if you are in a tunnel. I am past the 14 days mark for Best Buy and cannot return/exchange/trade in for something else. Satisfaction guarantee policy for Best Buy doesn't apply with cell phones. This was the first HTC product I have ever owned and will never purchase one again.

This phone is really great, for Verizon, internet goes fast, saves pictures, good quality camera and no wrong symptoms on the phone. Overall, really great phone for an affordable cost.

I really like the phone itself. It is the second one I have bought. But, be forewarned the set-up process is a nightmare. Thankfully, the Best Buy Associate was a great help...very patient.

my Samsung phone has the most amazing apps, features, and i love it

This phone is somewhat different from the one that I had before it, which didn't have a sim card. Has more features and took a little time to get used to, but that's me, not a tech person. Overall it's working fine and I learn more and more about it all the time. So far it's been a good choice.
