This phone is the first cell phone I've actually liked. In fairness, my previous phone was a clunker I bought off of ebay to tide me over until I could get off of my contract with another carrier. So, anything was a step up. I just got this today and have already texted like a madman and added all my contacts, talked to some friends on verizon (free for verizon to verizon btw) and spun the spin wheel around a million times. The touchpad does take a little getting used to, you have to remind yourself you can't have more than one finger on it at a time. Plus it is a little sensitive, but you can adjust these settings and i'm already getting the hang of it. I am slightly worried that the thing slides open a little too easily, but mayber there is a lock I have not found. The screen is great and it is very easy to scroll through text messages. Verizon customer service has been amazing. I initially ordered a different phone, but when it came I hated it. They let me take that one back to the store then order this one at the promotional rate. The chocolate is almost as good as, dare I say it? Chocolate.

Well as you do know I review lots, i kept asking verison to send me a chocolate so I can see why everyone liked it so much a year ago and lots of ppl still like it... They still didnt send me one so i borrowed my moms and my sisters. my mom had the old version sister hat the new one. my sisters was alittle smaller and bigger buttons the buttons are so small on ea one and so hard to text both of the mp3s were good so i liked that but i never liked that dum touching part to sensitive, i h8 this phone.

This phone is okay.... i love the size and buttons. Although calls get dropped easily and i hate it when im talking on the phone and it vibrates in my ear if the phone is unlocked!

this is a great little item. you can have all your music and phone on one device. as for the bad battery reviews i don't see why. i can play music 6-8 hours at work and talk on the phone 30-60 min and from a full charge mabye be down to 2 bars of batt left, thats pretty good. the touch dial is a bit sensitive but after getting used to it after a few days it's fine.

I loved this phone when I first got it but after a few months I realized it was not the phone for me. I use my phone constantly especially for texting. The Touch Sensitive style of keys are a bit hard to control and they wear out easily with heavy use. The battery life on this phone leaves something to be desired. After a few months of charging regularly as directed by the manual the battery life shortened to less than 24 hours. I could run my phone dead, charge it fully, and have it dead again within 15 hours even without excessive use or data storage. I wouldn't recommend this phone for anyone who uses their phone all day long.

I bought this phone and i had to figure out how to work it first. Once discovered it works really well has great signal. The ringtones and web capabilities are awesome and love the colors that light up when the phone rings
