Earn BBY Points on your Verizon Bill

Rather than paying the bill each month directly through Verizon, going to BBY and buying these cards and then using them to pay on the phone allows for me to earn BBY points to turn into certificates to use on future Verizon prepaid cards. A few extra steps, but when coupled with using Shopkick to earn points walking into the store, and scanning at the register, it all adds up into valuable additional savings.

Best prepaid deal

Also, it includes always on data, so in the event you do use it all, you can still have slower data speeds for like gps, messaging, etc so you aren't completely shut off from the world (useful in times of emergency). Great deal, Verizon has been stepping it up!

Simple solution to a complex problem

I then use these cards to refill the usage on my mobile hotspot which in turn reduces how much I have to roam with my mobile phone.
