    Literally sent me a iphone that wasn’t scanned out of the system, and as a result Verizon wasn’t able to verify my purchase or activate the phone on my behave. Verizon recommended having the phone scanned at an physical location but of course it’s closed. Literally wasted my time buying this phone.

    Purchased for christmas and phone in box lock still on and cant activate so have to go instore and scan properly. According to verizon and best buy after speaking to noth on phone. Not really sure problem at this point so hoping to get it activated when go in store.
