Got this for a middle schooler. Wished there was a better selection for flip phones or other non-smart phones overall. Biggest issue with this phone is the hinge. Over time it gets loose and I’m guessing it probably messes with the internal motherboard. The phone will randomly turn off when you flip phone open/close. This didn’t happen until months down the line but still annoying. Imagine drops didn’t help this either. It’ll have to do for now until kid earns a smart phone. For the price, it’s really not worth it but again limited product availability so it is what it is. Another plus is that unlimited talk/text with Verizon is only $30. Other companies like AT&T cost more for similar plans.

The phone was purchased for my wife to replace a failed LG-5500 prepaid. We are still learning about this new phone. It is very promising with a but here and there. The few page insert that comes with it does little to acquaint you with the phone. Understandable as the full manual is readily available on line and runs some 133 pages. It seems to work great so far, and we are even learning how to put in a contact number. The real problem was not with the phone, but with Verizon. It turns out that the Cadence is an LTE phone where the LG was a 3G (obsolete) phone. Thus Verizon would not put the new phone on our old plan (which had a lot of minutes on it) The new phone requires a larger monthly layout, but they did put the leftover $$ on my account so we worked it out. Like a Flip-Phone? This one should do the trick. As with ALL new devices, expect a bit of a learning curve. (We couldn't transfer anything from the old phone as it was definitely and completely broken...)

Easy to use, great price. Exactly what I need for when I'm unable to get service on my ATT phone. A good back up phone

I bought this phone for my mom. It’s easy for her to use. The key pad and display screen is large and easy to read. This is an upgrade from her previous flip phone because it connects to LTE and WiFi.

This item was perfect for my father, who did not want/need a smart phone. He wanted a simple flip phone that was able to call and text. However, this phone is able to connect to wifi and have data if one chooses.

Works much better in rural areas and on 4g. Great reception, easy to set up.

Bought this for my mom who simply is not having a smart phone. In the past I've purchased Alcatel flip phones but they never hold up. This one seems pretty solid and reliable. Had this phone for a year and it's still doing great, even battery life retention is holding up. If you must get a flip phone, this would be the one to get. Keeping it Old School and Reliable.

First of all I have to say how impressed I was with all the features this phone has to offer. On top of being able to connect to WiFi you can also run a hotspot off of it! Now it is as basic as a $60 flip phone will get you, but it is great for a child, grandparent or anyone who is just looking to detox from the smartphone for a while. I will certainly keep it as a backup to my smartphone

The color of the phone was nice and the screen was just right. The phone is basic so it was easy to navigate.

I purchased this phone for my mother-in-law. She’s doesn’t do too well with changing technology. This phone is strong, durable, affordable, and easy to use.

Bought this phone for my son. He doesn't need a fancy phone just a phone to make and receive calls. This phone was perfect for him.

This phone is great for the elderly or people who are used to using flip phones and have not became accustomed to smart phones

the cell don't pick up the towers in my home, the phone is good the cell service sucks.

After about 20 days the callers to me reported it gave message that my mailbox was not yet set up OR that the mailbox was full. Then my phone stopped ringing to notify I was receiving a call. So very irritating. Not a pleasant experience so far. Hope it gets better.

Simple little flip phone, battery is great, phone functions without all the needed bells and whistles!
