    I attempted to purchase this phone however the store was unable to connect it to Verizon Wireless service. After several attempts I ended up having to choose another phone. I really wanted this phone but I wasn't willing to go with a different service.

    Phone quality is light and cheap. Also when I would press someone's name in contacts it would click another person. Also speaker volume very low. Screen is very sensitive so while talking it might put call on mute. Might have got a bad phone out the batch!?

    I really appreciate you Best Buy, for the way business is handled. I got everything on time, after I made my purchase, I received a tracking number to track my package. When it was delivered I got a message saying my package had been delivered. Y'all are doing an amazing job up there and I'm grateful.
