This phone was very cheap when we bought it but its very slow and lags alot. Not great reception either.

I like this phone as the quality is good. The camera takes great photos. When making and receiving phone calls, the sound quality is consistently clear. I have had the phone for just over a month, and so far, it's been great!

Not the best phone but not the worst either. Slow loading, freezes and skips often, and kicks you off apps frequently.

Excellent phone for the price. I would give it 5 stars if it had the camera that the expensive Galaxy phones have. Otherwise, an excellent phone.

I went to get this phone for my fiance a@ the store on black Friday. But by the time I got there they were already gone so thankfully I was able to switch it to Shipp it to my home for the same price he got it a week ago & so far so good! He loves the size of the screen & how fast it charges. We were able to find a case here in town at a different store that's nearly unheard of unless your pjone is the newest most expensive phone out there. Which is great! & he's happy so far with the phone & that makes me happy!

I'm my brother's caregiver and we've used this model phone for a number of years for him. He loves it and so I do too.

I bought this for my husband as a surprise after his iPhone was destroyed. He loves it and enjoys the ease of navigating it.

I hate this phone! But it has a great camera! It is a quirky lemon! It switches to something else in the middle of reading articles in google. Takes too long to get back to the home page. And the sound keeps going out. The side power button is recessed to shallow. The battery life is too short. And I had to buy a separate wall jack, not included. My original phone broke. So I bought a Total by Verizon phone thinking I could easily switch my # over. Fraud. When I searched Verizon prepaid phones, Total by Verizon kept coming up. Those are not real Verizon phones, so I could not easily switch my number over. Verizon is only accessible online and I could not get a transfer code. It kept sending it to my broken phone. I managed to get a remote worker but she could only give me the account number, not the transfer code. So I bought this 2nd new phone and had to take it to the Verizon store to get it turned on. If Verizon was honest I could have spent more on a new phone instead of buying 2 new cheaper phones! Spend more $ and get a better phone.

The phone & text do work, however, It is Very Slow.

Phone worked amazing for the price if your on a pinch I would recommend this phone for sure !!

I am very happy with the cell phone and the Lap top that I bought at Best Buy and the staff have been amazing, especially Sandy, she was so much help, and even when I went back last week to complain about the pic's on my new Lap top, the pic's all looked like 'ghosts', so Sandy said that she would be able to sort that for me, and within about 10 mins it was all sorted, so I am very grateful now.

This was an excellent phone for my dad as a replacement to his old phone.
