    Nice phone with great features but battery life is too short to support a complete 24 hr day. Required recharging midday. Suggest replacing battery with one more reliable. I do not recommend the phone with this battery shortcoming.

    I like phone. 32 G of Storage. Sometimes has trouble when I try to enter data. Not sure if I might be doing something wrong or if it's the phone.

    This is a great phone for a teen. The samsung parental account controls work on this device. It has the feel of regular smart phone but I like that I can still monitor my child’s usage.

    I was told by Best Buy representatives that this device was UNLOCKED to use both for pre paid and post paid accounts but it was only unlocked for prepaid I DROVE 2 HOURS IN THE STORM back and forth for a phone that was impossible to connect.
