A disappointment lagging with low quality parts

The phone slipped out of my pocket and shattered within an hour of purchase and upon the first impact. That is inexcusable in current times. A better quality glass screen would be such a minor additional cost for samsung. I feel it is despicable for such a low quality product to be allowed to hit store shelves. Additionally, Best Buy could have helped out in replacing the phone with some form of discount (or entirely without cost). I have bought a lot of phones this year (I imagine somewhere around 2 dozen) due to how rough I can be (which is why I know that this phone was such low quality… normally they can take a beating better). The nickel and diming is getting old. Shame on you both. I hope either of these companies can attempt to make this right.
