I'm not interested in contracts, temporary deals or any of the sneaky stuff carriers try to pull. If you want to pay a fixed price once a month on a good phone that doesn't cost ridiculous amounts of money, consider this Samsung model. The 16 gigs of internal memory is a bit misleading, since almost half of it is eaten up by the OS. But the micro-SD slot holds my 128gb card, which is more than enough space. The phone's processor is speedy and the display is at least as good as phones costing 4x the price. At less than $100, if the phone breaks or the screen becomes damaged, just toss it and buy another. There's a certain freedom to that, which you will not get with an $800 phone. Sometimes the things we own end up owning us, either from the cost, the vigilance required to keep an eye on it or the worrying about damage. Not with this phone. It does anything you need a smart phone to do. I like it a bunch.

this is a great smart phone if you are on a budget. bought it for my hubby when his phone crashed and it was super easy to use and load necessary info the staff at our best buy were super fast in getting it set up and have not had any problems. great pay as you go no contract phone.

this phone does quite a bit more than my last phone and so far has not notified me that I am out of storage space. I am not phone or computer savvy but I am able to get around on this one fairly easy. which is a big plus for me. One thing I don't like is that when I am charging my phone at night it will send a notification and turn on the phone so that it doesn't charge fully. Not sure why it does that as I have the notifications turned off.

I picked this up after shattering my iPhone but it was a good purchase! Great quality and easy to use.

Phone and service seem fine, but my request to port my old number was cancelled when I was unable to quickly return a voicemail to my new provider to confirm the number to be ported, which number the Best Buy sales rep was very careful to take down and convey to the new provider. Took a full week!

This is my first smart phone and it very easy to use. I love all the apps and the speaker is my favorite feature. I would recommend this phone to anyone who wants a reliable phone.

Good phone, I have owned the same model before. I broke that one, which was my own fault, smashed it with a trailer hitch at work on accident.

love love love my new phone and all its cool features! I can track my health on my new phone my steps, the microphone is so much better than the last version my only complaint is that sometime there's a delay or it doesn't recognize when I touch the screen like when taking a picture but other than that I would still use this phone!

This phone has enough storage for the uses I require and is a good overall everyday phone. I paired it with a storage card for pictures etc and have had a good reliable product. It it easy to use and screen large enough to easily see.

This phone starts up and runs decent and gets on the internet with ease.

This phone is a nice entry level android... meaning it is solid with great features, but not expensive at all. The price was very reasonable..the lowest around at Best Buy! This Samsung has a lot of bells and whistles for the price tag...but not too confusing for someone who is new to these features.

16 gigs of space is not really enough but for the price, this phone rocks. (But I've only had it 1 month.)
