It took a while to understand but very straight forward to operate. I have a couple issues, which I have to get resolved with CS.

Had to upgrade phone, ran out of memory due all the preloaded apps I don’t use. Phone is a good unit. I like Samsung products as this replaced a Samsung. A daily use phone I use for work. So far it’s been good. A quality phone for the price.

Worst camera in the world. I expected it to be as good as last years THC due to brand. By the time I realized HOW BAD it focused it was too late to return. Want to throw it away its that bad. Akso other issues with overall performance snd software glitches.

This is the first smartphone I've owned that didn't run out of memory space after a few months. I installed a 32gb Micro SD card, and 6 months later I still have space to spare. My only knocks on this phone are that the camera doesn't take great pics and text input can be glitchy at times,

Am very satisfied with my phone. It does all I need it to do. I also enjoy to freedom to purchase what ever amount of talk time, texts and data that I need when I need it. Last year I only spent $120 by using prepaid. But many people want more time and data than I require. Am very satisfied with prepaid and my Galaxy J3 phone.

Phone is amazing other than the fact that it lags when it has about 70% of it's memory used up. I've had to uninstall apps in order to keep it in runnable condition. However, it is a great prepaid phone to have.

I like the feel of this phone. Works great...not too many bells and whistles, which I don't need. It's a little larger than my old LG phone, so it doesn't fit in my pocket as well, but still a lot smaller than most.

Not happy with phone. To many features. Hard for me to set up even though I took a class. I wear hearing aids. I understand person calling but a lot of static. Still can not figure out which button answers the phone. I do not recommend this. I am thinking of returning it

Pleased now that I have the phone activated. Had a lot of trouble with that and since there was a glitch in doing so I had to get a second new number. I would buy this again.

This phone is heads and shoulders better than the even cheaper smart phones I have owned in the past. At this price, I don't see the utility in spending more.

I purchased this phone for my mom.. her first smartphone! This phone is easy to set up for her to use. It also has a setting in which you can adjust the size of icons so that it is easier for her to see! Great phone for her!

My son wanted a phone he could play on like an iPod touch. He is able to download apps and use the internet on our home wifi. Very responsive fast phone. A Great phone for the price

Got this phone for my wife when we went to Verizon pre-paid service. Works well and good battery life. Best Buy sales staff was outstanding.

Finally got affordable service up in our mountains. Still checking out the features. So far its doing everything I need it to do.

It's a great phone and so far I have had no issues with it.
