It worked well, and I regret that I dropped it a couple of times by accident. The basics worked well, the settings didn't change without my consent and that is important (vs the Moto). Phone call, voice to text, and internet all worked well. After a year and a half, the microphone stopped working well, but I believe that might have been exposure to moisture.

works great for me, has 16gb of memory which is great.

I bought this phone as a replacement for my previous phone. It works great has emergency features and you can multitask with it. Fast quick and reliable. Wish I could find another one.

Great phone, does everything I need. This is my second one due to the first falling out of pocket and ran over by wife. Liked it enough to buy again. The only thing I wish was better is that the screen doesn't auto dim. Screen brightness can be moved to the top of screen when u drag down so it's not terribly inconvenient.

Good basic phone. Camera is not bad but isn't great. Not a lot of storage. I use an sd card with mine.

It's a good phone, good price, and worth getting. It does just as much as more expensive phones out there.

This is for my son to limit his internet time and keep his interest in reading. He likes it and said it's easy to use but luckily it didn't interfere with reading desire.

Bought this phone and it has worked great. I dropped it in the toilet so it runs a little slow and glitches sometimes but still works at 80% so I'm happy

I bought this prepaid phone in hopes of simply inserting my sim card into it... But Verizon makes you pay for at least 1 month of prepaid service before you can transition the phone onto your regular account! Other than that little loophole, the phone works great!

Just what was expected. Works great for what I needed. Not so complex that I have to keep asking Best Buy how to do it.

i upgraded to this phone from a galaxy j1 prepaid through verizon. i mainly upgraded because my j1 kept giving me error codes about storage ( i had plenty) and because for some reason it kept freezing. this phone is bigger than my previous phone. and it works alot faster. it has an excellent camera and it was easy to switch my files using an sd card. the cons to this phone - unless you purchase a theme from samsung all your back grounds are white on white with minimal colors, which hurts the eyes, more colors and less eye strain. they may think this is being clean cut but its just hurtful. the alarm works great somewhat too great.. it doesnt cut off by itself after 1-2 mins. it keeps going . however i like that this alarm speaks the time when it goes off. still in 2018 after everyone born in the last 30 yrs is aware of how to download an app verizon still adds bloatware to its phones. no i dont need 3 apps that tell me the weather and the nfl scores. however no social media apps are pre downloaded. however this phone is nice for the budget minded people or those still wishing to break into the smart phone market. or for 1st phone users. at the price point its way less than its $500 competitor but still wont break the bank if it gets lost stolen or broken.
