I bought this phone on sale, which was a huge factor in purchase. It is a little bigger than I was looking for- preferred 5.5" or smaller. For what is there, a 13mp camera front & rear, clarity, ease of use, I would say this is a great little phone. I was not looking to pay a lot to upgrade. I had Verizon post pay LG Cosmos (basic) for 8 years. This is my upgrade. -the plan cost on prepaid is identical to my basic. It had a learning curve. So far, I am pleased with messaging and making calls. It accessed internet quickly. I had to call Verizon to switch phones, which was very easy. I did have a glitch, which tech support helped-- the SIM needed taken out and reinserted. Then, new phone was ready to go a very short time. Easy! One thing that I find bothersome is that to get a peek at the clock, you have to press the on/off on the side. I am glad I decided to upgrade. I would say that this is a quality phone for the price point.

I've had to versions of this phone and they never disappoint. My first one lasted 3 years and this one is holding up nicely right now. I definitely recommend them if you are on a budget or just looking for a cheap phone.

I really like the phone.Ijust upgraded from a J3 to J7.i really also like the size of the phone because my J3 was smaller.I need a bigger screen as you age...lol.The only thing I dislike about the phone is that you can't really take the back of to get to the battery.i think you need a special tool

This phone is making my word now. Its greatest features are the most important the call is clear and doesn't lose data. The phone is easy to use with no drama and has the same function like the Note 9 and S 9 plus. This is the best ever phone and save you money.

I updated from a Galaxy J3 to the J7. The easy of using this one was very good. I was able to get it working with "Android Auto" that was not able to do with the J3. The help of people at Best Buy to get me started with moving my information from the J3 to J7 was excellent.

This thing isn't going to set the world on fire, but, for the price, it's a solid value. If you're looking for a high-end Android that is going to play games and store tons of high quality photos and video, this isn't what you're looking for. It's a good, functional phone that's great at web browsing, watching videos, sports a surprisingly decent quality rear camera, and has really great call quality. Front facing camera is rather poor, though.

We bought it for the youngest who's in college and doesn't want a plan we did buy an extended memory card it's got a great camera and he really likes it a lot. This camera should last him a few years

Using it as a phone for my son first real phone. He like that it has a big screen and it looks and feels like a great phone.

I really like this phone. Great camera, WiFi Calling, fast charging battery and my reception has been very good with Verizon Prepaid. Very good price on sale from Best Buy and quick shipping !!! The only drawback I feel is the battery life is not so good. You have to turn off "user data" so you battery will not drain quickly.

A little larger screen makes it easier to text read. Would be nice if came with a little more storage.

was very happy with my first one. this one added a few features, but not so many that it felt unfamiliar. a little skimpy on storage space, but that's prepaid for you. good value for a very capable device

I love the galaxy j7 pre paid phone. I find they are very easy to use and they are just the right size to handle.

A decent phone for a decent price. Comes preloaded with some absolutely useless apps (for me), but fairly easy to uninstall. I basically use it to text, call (yep, I still call people), and do mobile banking; so battery seems to last a long time. No heavy data use so no idea how it performs under those conditions. Overall, fairly happy with it.

I love this Samsung Galaxy J7 second generation. The camera is great and the 16 GB is enough memory to support all my apps.
