I purchased this for my father and he love it. Battery life lasts at least 9 hours with minimal use but for just a regular phone

This phone is my graduation from a flip phone. I think it is fairly easy to use and it definitely has many more features that I am learning to use and enjoying. I am so glad I made the switch!

We bought it for the youngest who's in college and doesn't want a plan we did buy an extended memory card it's got a great camera and he really likes it a lot. This camera should last him a few years

It's a basic phone. Nothing fancy. Really not better than the super cheap one it replaced, just more storage. Touch screen is really inconsistent. Sometimes it's fine. Most of the time it requires too much effort to respond to touch. Camera is good indoors. Not great outdoors.

WAs easy and simple for the Best Buy's associate to switch my service to this phone. Like the size and weight of this phone. The screen is a good size. Easy to operate, takes good quality pictures. Was a bit disappointed I couldn't set the sound alert when I receive messages to one I downloaded. Other than that the phone is great.
