I think I got a really good price on this. I miss the ability to buy an item at Best Buy, then go into the store for additional questions. I had to go to Verizon, which I hate, (but this time they helped with not much trouble) Best used to set up the whole phone in minutes, not anymore.. luckily I was able to do it myself... I like the phone and I think it will be enough memory for all my pics. like I said, very good price.

Bought for my elderly mother. She's been using moto prepaid phones for close to a decade now. Solid upgrade with plenty of storage, and more importantly for her, an excellent battery life.

Easy to use and good for a person with limited vision

It's a good phone. Had issue with the original one I purchased (power button stuck) best buy accepted return and got identical phone. No problems. I enjoy it

After purchasing the phone for myself, my teenager liked my phone so much that he wanted the same phone. Both of us are very happy with this phone.

Definitely an upgrade from the 2023 model I had. Unfortunately the phone keeps freezing up and I've had to reset it multiple times throughout every day. Definitely has become a hindrance but beggars can't be choosers I guess. It's all I could afford, really wish it performed better but it is what it is.

Its a good phone for the price If i would have to buy again it would be the same phone

Apparently this product did not work I spent weeks trying to get support outside of Bestbuy, could not get a real customer service person only AI , fell into verizon's tech trap of independent trouble shooters spending over 50 dollars with still no solution. Bestbuy tech said it was a hardware problem, faulty manufacturing of the phone.
