Customer Ratings & Reviews

It’s basic but functional and fair price so far I’ve had no issues but it’s been a couple weeks

Everything seems to be exactly what I need for the things i need to do, screen size, memory, storage the camera, its all just about perfect.

Great performance and pictures. Considering the price and overall quality and performance this is a great find

Nice device for the price. Operates smooth with all samsung feature support and samsung tv. Enough storage for your photos, videos and gaming. Plus 5G ultrawide for fast speeds on the verizon network.

Great quality good reception great battery life good phone services

This phone was on sale. It was inexpensive, was with a good phone provider, is a great phone in case you're waiting for a new main phone! Service was spectacular, just not very much 5G (usually was 4G LTE in my area of Kansas). Also, the phone was not very powerful but that is to be expected for this model. Beware, when switching between apps, apps you return to will reset or start from scratch. E.g. i had to switch from my browser top a password manager to sign in an account, switch to the manager and back would reset the login process. If you have patience or don't do too much on your phone, this one is perfect!

Love this item the battery life is great. Great camera

great for what we need it for . picture is great and video

Purchased this as a temporary replacement until the new Google Pixel Pro comes out in August. It's a decent phone that gets the job done. It's not quite the same as my Google Pixel Pro, but I have no complaints so far.

This phone was simple to set up and is easy to use.

Nice affordable phone used a a quick replacement for a totally damaged phone. battery lasts a long time. it's slim and sleek

did not get this item it would not work with the plan I had

This phone has a long battery life and is easy to use. Picture quality is great.

Works great easy to work, best decision to but this phone.

Great phone! Needed a phone that would work with my new car. Found out that the Samsung would work the A16. The price was unreal. The name fits- that's why it's called " BEST BUY ".

this is a great improvement from my previous phone, so I have no issues with it. Foir what I paid for it, this was an excellent buy. I'm loving it

Decent phone. Horrid time activating for my dad. Bestbuy helped alot

You get what you pay for. If you're just texting and calling it works fine, but start using apps and it slows rite down. Takes nice pictures.

This is a locked phone to Verizon had to return it
