False advsertising for "Prepaid"

This is not a Prepaid phone, nor is it a Pay-as-you-go or anything similar. Verizon and large providers do not do that anymore. I don't want to be stuck on any kind of monthly plan. Nobody in the store that I spoke to knew anything, I bought this and it is locked to Verizon so I cannot even use Tracfone or other true pay-as-you-go SIM cards. I'm sure the phone itself is amazing but Verizon can't call it "Prepaid" - should be called "Locked into a monthly minimum plan".

Waste my time prepaid phone

Verizon store said they couldn't. Best buy reps couldn't. Verizon customer service couldn't. Defective, and being told by Verizon they know it has problems. But yet they still sell the a16 prepaid phone.
