Difficulty in loading pre-paid card into ellipsis

Even after visiting the store TWO other times we are still not able to load the card. I haven't had time to mess with it myself. So it still is not loaded. I am not a geek and I find this process very difficult. I had to Google how to shutdown the ellipsis as well. I guess I will return to the store AGAIN and try to get it loaded.

It's the best plan for a weak router
