I have had the jetpack and prepaid card for over a month. Even after visiting the store TWO other times we are still not able to load the card. I haven't had time to mess with it myself. So it still is not loaded. I am not a geek and I find this process very difficult. I had to Google how to shutdown the ellipsis as well. I guess I will return to the store AGAIN and try to get it loaded.

It actually does not last if you don't or can't set the security on the router. Com cast business class with open mesh secure socket router, is better!
