Nice weighted vest. I wear it while walking. I haven't run or jogged with it. I weighed the vest and 6 ironsand weights. The vest I got weighed in around 11.3 lbs. and each weight weighed in around 1.5 lbs on a digital scale. Plastic straps adjust easy and clip on and off without problems.
I would recommend this to a friend

Great item , reasonably priced . however, the writing on the front says “half price”. Who wants to wear that in public advertising that I’m a cheapskate?
