I’ll start at the beginning. I ordered this for my kid to use with his hoverboard. The only way to get it was to have it shipped to my house. Could not see it in person. The box arrived with holes in it. Lots of holes. Moving the box around I noticed lots of noise with loose parts tumbling around in it. First alert that something was up. I went ahead and opened it. Seeing the bigger parts packed really well so I thought maybe it just something clanging as I was moving. Nope, lots of little pieces everywhere in the bottom. Looked like someone had opened it. Started to put it together and boxed it back up. This was sold as “new”. So, with the damage to the box and little pieces floating around everywhere. There may have been some missing parts. I taped it back up and took it to the store. I gave it two stars due to Bestbuy selling this as new and it clearly wasn’t. But, the employees at the store were very helpful and took it back, no questions. So, my kid never really got to use it. I will say that the casters need to be a little bigger. That would be my failure point just looking at it.
