Missing parts, now an expensive paper weight!!!

Not sure it works, was shipped missing battery connectors. Very poor customer support-only wanted to refund me 30%. So now I got a paper weight unless I can find and purchase the right battery cables for this unit. SAD-will never buy A Vevor product again. No I do not recommend this product.
