Great entry level turntable

He is just starting to get into vinyl and has built a nice collection. This was a great way for him to listen to them without breaking the bank. It's a great entry level unit.

Great gift for a loved one

It sounds amazing, it looks very decorative when it’s closed, and easy to hook up to an external stereo for more volume.

Fun little LP player, sounds OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is just what I wanted out of it: straightforward, uncomplicated, works without fuss. The tone arm is light, as expected, but has enough resistance that it doesn't easily flop around off one's finger. Turntable starts automatically and stops when arm is returned. It doesn't go back by itself. This is no frills. The sound is fine, you can't expect much; I was happy listening to old records I hadn't played in years. The only issue I have, it does NOT have a handle—you'd think it would, being "suitcase" sized.
