I think this product is only okay. If there were a middle grading system here, I would give this a down the middle 2.5/5 stars since it works exactly as it looks but does require many records to be useful. If you are concerned about the sleeves of your vinyl getting messed up, maybe get a crate, but this product is a little easier to place for display and has better aesthetics.

Best Buy process from buying online to picking up on the store was seamless. The message notifications helped keep track of my order. The product is perfect and the images online were beyond my expectations.

It is a really nice record holder. Waited forever for it though. When it did come the process was seamless on picking it up. They could not have been nicer or more professional.

i ordered this expecting to receive the wooden one pictured. got a black one. tried to return for correct item. was told the manufacturer sku was same for all so no way to choose.
