    After purchasing, found out it needed $$$$$ (3 times the cost of device!) software to enable disk conversions; AND IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! This is a ZERO star RATING (system only allows 1 - 5) store personal were clueless about device!

    Took this home and did some searching on what people liked and disliked on it. We decided it was not worth the money spent on this software to put our movies onto. We thought it would be like Netflix only with our own movie collection. It sounded like a lot of people did review this very well.

    I bought it from BestBuy and never open it. When I got home I read it about it. I found out there are require more money for this product. no phone # listed but I summit a question about it. They are saying first year free. But no info how much is going to cost after first year. ZERO STAR from me to this product!
