Great for video, sucks for sound

The picture quality is very good and the camera works well. The speakers are an embarassment. How anyone in product design could have accepted the garbage speakers they include is beyond me. Much better to have omitted the speakers and offer a great color monitor and built-in camera and forget the speakers. Do not buy this monitor is you need it for sound. If you have good speakers and are looking for a solid monitor with built in camera then this is a great choice for the buck.

Exactly what I wanted

This monitor was perfect. The webcam picture is very good; the microphone is sensitive and clear; and the sound is fully acceptable. Best Buy also gave me the best price and I knew I could return it if it wasn't satisfactory.
