Day one this is a pretty solid value. OSD wasn't working, unplug and plug back in and buttons were back to working. Picture is as bright and overall matches my $850 predator of same size and resolution (also with. 5ms and HDR 600). As long as the OSD issue doesn't happen everytime I try to use it this could leave me feeling like I over paid by a landslide for my agile splendor monitor. I'll attach photos of both and them side by side. Honestly they seem like the excaxt same display, with this one having the added rgb lighting. My only real complaint is there's a firmware update that fails to install every time I've tried .... The display with the desktop icons is the Viewsonic

This Monitor is the best I've ever owned. It's display is beautiful and it's very sturdy. I love it so much, I bought 2! I was very surprised at how heavy each one is.

ViewSonic is Best in Class

This monitor is fantastic. It has a very high quality construction, with a strong stable stand. It has accurate color representation and wonderful contrast for an IPS monitor. The image is consistent throughout the screen, with no backlight bleed and even brightness (no dark or bright edges, etc. It has very good response times and moves instantly with mouse movement. It handles motion extremely well. Running UFO monitor blur test shows no ghosting and only the slightest ghost of the bright parts of the ufo image. It performs very well. This monitor is much better than a Samsung Odyssey G50. ViewSonic does not disappoint. I went through a few other monitors and this one is top notch!!

All sorts of issues. Video problem on one screen after two weeks.
The picture quality was great and viewing angles from the side were too.
If you need two then don’t buy. There is a piece on the bottom of each monitor that sticks out 3/8ths of an inch. When you put them together then angle them towards you that bottom piece separates the monitors with a gap. Are you kidding me?? I called the manufacture and they denied the design flaw. The pictures on Best Buy showed a smaller piece at the bottom which they referred to. I sent them my pictures which were clearly different. I wanted the ones as pictured so there would be no gap between them. They said my pictures were no different from the ones pictured on Best Buy. Total liars and no help. Two stars off for dishonesty. One star off for a huge design flaw. Gaming monitors are meant to be side by side then angled toward the user. I’m no gamer but want lots of screen real estate. I returned both. I should have saved the pictures for this review. Sorry.

Got this on sale for $350. My only gripe is that the colors seem over saturated. I've tryed adjusting but just can't to w it down. All and all it's nice but at full price of $550 I would be upset.

May be the perfect monitor

This might actually be the perfect monitor. It is big, has great resolution, and the image is spectacular; bright colors, great refresh, sharp and vivid. The stand has height, tilt and rotation adjustments. And the base of the stand sits flat on the desk so a keyboard can easily sit on top of it, not like many of the "sloped" base/leg monitors. The speakers are not too shabby either, good enough for daily use. At this point I can't say anything negative at all about it.

I wanted to give high refresh gaming a try so I decided to step up (and down) from a 4k 60hz fixed 10-bit display to the ViewSonic Elite.
I paired it with my Nvidia 3090ti and I figured this would give me 100+ fps everywhere which it did for the most part so that objective was achieved.
After setup and calibration I was not too pleased with the overall picture display. Even in games, the levels seemed off and most importantly 1440p @ 32" resulted in a soft picture with dithering/pixelation on the edges of text when using Windows 10 Pro.
This isn't a true 10-bit panel which readily showed its colors (so to speak) when viewing certain images and videos versus my true 10-bit 32" panel. Banding was evident in many areas that were non-existent on my 10-bit panel and to me this was a deal breaker.
I do also have a 2560x1600 10-bit older display that has a much superior image quality and none of the banding or dithering effect I could see with the ViewSonic.
The price ($700 at the time of this review and price paid) also was a bit high considering what you can get elsewhere for the same (or better) image quality.
In summary, if gaming is your primary focus and you do not care about a potential step down on color representation or a soft image for non-gaming work, this monitor is competent if a bit pricey for what it offers.

so much better than hd(1920x1080). easy to assemble. need a powerful system for best video results. one of the few actual g-sync monitors which goes with my rtx 3080ti. if everything continues with extended use, would rate it as a 5 star.
only issues where not product related: alleged ship and delivery dates. customer no service is a problem.

She is thrilled with the quality and detail of the images she works with, and the new monitor is a great help to her in her job.
