Decided on the ViewSonic XG2402 after much research into 24" monitors. Since I use this computer for multiple purposes, I was concerned about the quality of text on this monitor. Text and colors are very good. Gaming performance is very good. The stand is extremely sturdy in comparison to other monitors I have owned. After two months, I had a stuck pixel that appeared in the bottom right area of the screen. I tapped on the screen and it went away. Hopefully it will not reappear. Other than my issue with the pixel, it appeared that I received an open box item based on the amount of fingerprints around the bezel and packaging. That was a bit disturbing, but I was in a pinch and could not take time to do a return. Keeping my fingers crossed that no further problems occur. Otherwise, I would have given this monitor purchase a 5-star rating.

I love ViewSonic XG gaming monitor because it's very easy to use. Sharp and clear photos and text. It is not expensive nor cheap. The price is Ok. I am happy to have it. If you need to change the monitor, go ahead to choose the ViewSonic XG game monitor.

very good monitor for fast refresh rates and response times. Picture is good and very bright but still has deep blacks. It is a TN monitor so don't expect colors like an IPS display.

I don't know anything about monitors. That being said I did quite a bit of research into what monitor would have a high refresh rate as well as relatively good colors. A lot of people recommended the XG2401 which wasn't available, but I contacted Viewsonic and they said this monitor has the same panel and whatnot. So far I like the monitor and have no complaints.

Nice looking monitor, great for gaming. Bezels are pretty wide so not the best for multiple monitor setup. The frequency response is great. The contrast is nice.

Easy to set up. Good display. Able to flip vertically, which is cool.

My 8 year old wanted one for his birthday. The sound is decent and the quality is great. No complaints, has usb port for webcam which is a plus and it just looks like quality. Least expensive with features I was looking for. Very happy 8 year old. Warning going back to anything less will be noticeable. I thought it was just talk, it's not. There is a noticeable difference and I am no expert.

Works as intended. Using this monitor as an external for Acer Predator Helios 300. Get 144hz out so makes for a great gaming monitor.

The monitor is easy to set up crisp clear vivid and put a smile on my daughter’s face.

Was looking for additional gaming monitor. Very pleased with this one. Like the red lights on back. I would recommend

As long as your are able to sit directly in front of the monitor it will not disappoint. Angled viewing isn’t that great due to the type of panel. After some tweaking to the settings and getting the brightness and Contrast and gamma and rgb set correctly I am quite pleased. Operates very well using freesync and when setting Xbox output to 120hz. Haven’t had the first screen tear to date. Colors could be deeper and less washed out , but for the price and quick response time the monitor offers I’m not complaining. The washed out effect is minimal when you optimize the available settings, which are plentiful. Lowering brightness to around 40 and gamma to 2.6 I get a favorable picture. Adjust the contrast properly and the black saturation and I am content. I have seen better, but at twice the price I might add. Great for FPS. Makes Warzone (Glitchzone) and COD very enjoyable. It’s Worth the money for sure.

This monitor is awesome, i bought two of them to replace my older Asus VG248QE. They came in the mail packaged very well and i have not had any issues out of the monitors as of yet. no ghosting no bleed and no speed issues. love these things!
