NOT a Touch-Screen Monitor!!

I bought this because the feature I wanted is in the Title - "Touch-Screen Monitor". It is NOT a touch screen monitor. It even says on the box, in multiple places: TOUCH, and Touch Display. It is hidden in the Specs list that it is not in fact Touch Screen! Why would I check that when it is literally in the title of the product and shows fingers on the screen??
