Display color too light

The display color seems very light and we don't see where that intensity could be adjusted. Otherwise Best Buy's price was the best out there.

Nice Ruged Touch Screen, We use them in a Retail capacity, They Hold up well to abuse and Daily Use, Messy hands, Bumps and Knock, Well Priced.

When I first set it up, the touch screen was not working, but after turning it off then on again, it worked great. I LOVE this monitor. It is really responsive to the touch. It does all I need it to do.

Poor quality control and no interest in prevention

The monitor arrived with a misshapen HDMI port installed in the monitor. It would not allow the HDMI cable to be inserted. When the item was returned, the receiving woman was not at all interested in hearing about the issue, and simply took the box. I am hoping it does not get put out with opened merchandise to be resold to some other customer, who will find the same issue.
