    Purchased the Clear Ice Machine 'Open Box' and at a significant 70% off. The returned item had no visible scratches or damage and with Best Buys extended 5 year warranted we feel protected on an item that made our Viking kitchen.... without most of our items coming 'Open Box' from Best Buy we would have settle for far less appealing appliances.
