    Don't know how good this unit could be. Best Buy sold me an open box unit. Supposed to be Like New. This unit was filthy. It is also missing a critical part (the plastic curtain that covers the ice making compartment). I had my plumber install it. Water spewed everywhere. Best Buy scheduled a service call, then tried to cancel it since it was under warranty with Viking. I called Viking - the unit is from 2015 and is fully out of warranty no matter who sold it. Best Buy told us 2 year warranty, and then told us to get the missing part from Viking based on the warranty. Now the warranty doesn't exist. Couldn't be angrier with Best Buy. Been buying from them for over 20 years and this is the first shady thing that they have ever done.
