I was shopping for a higher namebrand and ordered this unit to Replaced my FisherPaykel. I've owned other Viking cooking units in the past and had no issues. But this dishwasher does not stand up to their name brand. It's a lot louder than as it stated, 2nd & 3rd shelves does not clean the mugs and silverwares well and drying is the worst part about this unit. 2nd & 3rd shelves is soaking wet every time :(. not worth the money, very disappointed!

Dishwasher has a sharp appearance but lacks in quality for day to day use. The top shelve requires two arms to close shut which is incredibly frustrating. I contacted viking repair service to look at it and the repair person said it was normal. The silverware holder is cheap and flemsy I have to balance the placement of it as I fill it with my utensils. The unit leaves excess water after each cycle which leaves me with the feeling that the dishes are not clean and sanitized.

I just bought my new Viking dishwasher on June 27th, 2020. From day one, I had a hard time operating it. Soon after, it started having draining problems. Now, it is only September 18th and the dishwasher is already broken. The message on the panel says E01, draining problems. If I close the dishwasher door, it keeps draining, even though it was not draining during washing. When I bough the dishwasher, Best Buy sold me a 1 year service warranty worth 149.00. Guess what? Even though they sold me the service, Geek Squad told me Viking services their own dishwashers, meaning that they sold me a service I cannot use. Viking customer service only works Monday to Friday, so it means I will have to wait until Monday to request service, and probably will wait a long time to get it serviced. Lousy job from Viking and even worse from Best Buy!

I replaced my old Bosch dish washer with Viking model, but am disappointed. The dishes come out very wet, and have to dry overnight. The unit is very quiet, has a handy internal light that goes off automatically, but the controls are hard to read, confusing to use, completely nonintuitive, and it takes a long time to clean a load 2hrs+ on normal setting. Does do a good job on the dishes, but give me Bosch next time.

Viking makes professional equipment for food service, so this machine is designed to be tough. It is simple and elegant with stainless steel inside and out. You hardly know the machine is running - it's very quiet. The interior light is very helpful as well.

It's an okay - somewhat loud dishwasher. It's VERY confusing to know what to use when washing - and hard to understand indicator lights. I would recommend looking at Bosch - much simpler and quieter. It came with our range so we'll take it.

Viking known for being high end products! That is a true statement when it come to refrigeration and cooking appliances. Viking is the best at those products. that is why I was so shocked that their Dishwasher would be of the same quality. Well, I was wrong! The Viking Dishwasher do not live up to the name VIKING! do not clean well nor do it dry well. If it do not clean well or dry well, you have a Dishwasher with a high end name the do not perform as you would expect from a VIKING. I can't tell you to buy or not! However I can advise you that VIKING has failed at making a quality Dishwasher. (1) star, is my rating.

Make sure to double and triple-check your measurements; Viking dishwasher is larger than most in the market.

The Viking dishwasher was free with purchase of Viking range. I love it! Cleans excellent and is whisper quiet. So happy with this dishwasher!!

I waited over a year to review. We like the third rack and adjustability of the 2nd rack and how quiet it is but sadly that is where it ends. Dishes from start have always come out soaking wet and you basically have to wash them before you put them in to get them sorta clean after a very long cycle.

I was very impressed with the quality of this washer, best washer I have ever had. Very quiet, glasses come out perfect. Love it.

We loved our new Viking dishwasher and very spacious and great modern style

This dishwasher is really great. Love the stainless steel look. It matches my stove and hood. It has lots of storage.

This dishwasher really gets dishes clean with minimal effort on my part. Put the dishes in and go! Looks great too!

I haven’t installed it yet. It hopefully will be a good buy.
