Delivery Impossible

Delivery impossible- after receiving 2 confirmations that it was arriving, 30 minutes before it arrival time I received a call it’s not coming today!
Wait what I had the schedule a lot of thing to be here - the response was I’m just here to deliver the bad news nothing we can do we will reach out to you and reschedule - then click they hung up.
My response is I don’t think so - I will cancel and give my business to someone else.
Placing the customer last, but let’s all remember it’s our money and our time just do business elsewhere.
