Viking has terrible customer service.

At delivery, there was a problem with the door seal where you could see light through the closed door. I had the gasket replaced but the unit still frosts over regularly. I didn't address the problem soon enough (2-year warranty) so now the most expensive appliance I own is the worst performing. The Viking customer service agent was rude and combatative.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Viking 5 beverage cooler is a good product. Works well and looks great but it is expensive.
