It’s really a very special dishwasher. Even lights up when you open the door. It’s a little bit confusing at first on how to run it but when she get the hang of it it’s amazing. Cleans everything beautifully

Absolutely love my new dishwasher. Soooo quiet and dishes are spotless.

Super quiet, and very efficient. The ability to raise and lower the top tray along with the added silverware tray at the very top are nice features. I like that the buttons are hidden.

This Viking model dishwasher has an inherent defect. After only two months, our dishwasher is unable to drain water, flooded my kitchen floor and ceases to work. Reached out to Best Buy several times to only hear a supervisor will return my call, but still waiting 2 days and no phone call. Begged Viking for help, but could care less about the poor quality they are manufacturing and selling. Best Buy, Viking and Total Tech Member never again!! You've lost our family as long time customers.

We love the Viking dishwasher. It is extremely quiet & does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes. I highly recommend this product.

Although this dishwasher has many options for all dishwear. it does not dry the dishes, leaving me to open the door and let it sit for multiple hours or overnight to dry. This is disappointing in an expensive, Viking brand appliance.

Cleaning Quality is great but a part had to be replaced right after installation. It stopped working properly in less than 2 years and it needs to be fixed again. Not the quality I expected.

Washes dishes great! Dries the dishes completely. I love the sanitized feature!!! The problem is 3 weeks after purchase the timer light stopped working. Thankfully I was covered with warranty.

So far the first one needed to be replaced the cheap kick plate came off while opening first time cracking and the front was dent and it did not drain all the way first use on normal setting The Second one delivered would not even turn on. Viking should check each appliance before shipping and they did not. Now waiting another week for a third! IT WAS FREE though since I spend 5k on a Viking range- which also has a repair need from Viking needed before I can use it. I will say though great customer service at Best Buy from our consultant Marvin in the San Rafael Best Buy who has bern great as had been the total tech team. So responsive so I have no complaints there. I am just baffled by Vikings poor quality in such innovative high end designed appliances. Since this dishwasher is free I have to stick with it so hope third time is the charm!

Bought new it would not start. Viking had a technician inspect and determined the motherboard was defective. Replaced with a new identical machine. Set it up, started a test cycle and water ran out on the floor. Viking technician inspected and determined the pump was defective. Will be replaced with a new machine or credit. Maybe.

Excellent dishwasher quit and washes very good. Install was easy and would recommend

Dishes look brand new when they come out! No need to scrape or soak, it does all the work for you. I wish it dried a little better but, no complaints.

Don’t buy this dishwasher. It doesn’t work at all. The bottom panel is not connected to the dishwasher and front door is banded. Inside it looks like it’s not Viking appliance at all.

Every day it takes multiple attempts to get this brand new Viking dishwasher to simply work. I have had Viking repairmen out twice to correct different issues. Turning it on is painful because the touch buttons are either too sensitive or don’t respond to touch. Even when it works it’s just average in cleaning the dishes. We had missing parts and still need to get the correct size trim, the trim was for the shorter unit that shipped. I need someone to call me, I contacted Customer Service and they informed I had to go into the store to report the issue. Unacceptable.
