I was hesitant to give this series a shot, but after listening to my husband beg and beg me to watch it, I finally did. I am so glad I made that choice. This show draws you in and you get so involved with the characters. Each episode leaves you craving more.

It's great following this fourth season of the Vikings but lots of action from The stars of this great venture that keeps you on the edge of your seat the fighting , and aventures that they go on it's good to find out that this is based on a true character

This series has been enjoyable to follow the cast and plot twists--it has just enough historical content to keep me interested (although real historical people and dates have been altered to fit the plots). Am looking forward to the next season.

A great show that's getting better. This season features the Vikings' attempt to take Paris. Conflict ensues again between Ragnar and his brother, Rollo. The production value has been increasing obviously as this show has gained popularity.

If you have yet to watch this show on history channel, I highly suggest you do. It is a great blend of the love, deception, war, family and character development is great in each successive season. The best buy exclusive slip is top notch

One my favorite & best series. Great cast & production. Beautifully photographed in Ireland. The outdoor scenes are lush & green. I was surprised that this season is only volume 1. Looking forward to seeing the finish of this season.

Vikings: Season 4, Part 1 is like Game of Thrones in that it is dealing with the Northlands, England and France. The betrayals, sacrifices and family drama made part 1 most intriguing and anticipating the latter half of season 4.

This season is a pivotal for Ragnar and the rest of the Viking horde. After their invasion of the city of light, Rollo is left with a garrison to attack the following season, however the French have another offer in mind...

My boi Ragnar got dicked over by pretty much every1 yo! 1st he be all takin over the viking kingdom and then a bunch of craziness goes down. No spoilers here but ragnar totally dies.

I didn't know what to expect with this viking series but got into all the characters and story. Ended up being one of my favorite series couldn't wait to watch the next episode !!! Great surprise!!

Maintains the epic story telling of the first three seasons, a must have in your library of Viking disks. Have a get together with friends and go raiding for the evening, costumes are encouraged.

Based upon my wife's putting everything else on hold, her constant discussion of what was happening in the show, and others jumping into long discussions about the series, it must be engaging.

If you are into shield-maidens, mead, and swords, this series is for you. I have seasons 1-3, and, I binge watch entire series each year. Now that I have 4-1, its time to light up the flat-screen....

My son and I started watching the Vikings on tv a while back, and got side tracked, so we started buying the blu-rays so we can watch when we are able to. This is a really good series!

Another solid season of Vikings, but with some annoying subplots that either led nowhere or replicated previous subplots. How many times can these characters screw each other over? The action sequences and character development continue to hold my attention. But I miss the dozens and dozens of characters from earlier seasons that were killed off before they ever had a chance to shine.

This is the first half of season four. I'm assuming if you're thinking about buying this you already know how awesome the first three seasons are. Just pull the trigger and buy it already!

Once you begin viewing this intriguing series you will find it hard to wait for the next season series. Entertaining and informative for those who enjoy an evening of relaxation at home.

This season was enjoyable to watch and tried up some lose ends before the next season roars on. I especially enjoy that it had the extended versions from the European broadcasts.

What a good ending to this midway of a season!! This season was probably my least favorite, but it was still entertaining and the ending was perfect to flow into the rest of season 4!

I've been watching Vikings since it first came out. It has high production values and breathes life into characters we only know little about from history or myth. Very enjoyable.
