Missing and broken parts with no response from customer service. Had to order replacement parts off of Amazon just to fully assemble it. Only way to contact them is through the email listed on the manual. Manual was difficult to read and understand. Kept having to break down the dresser since it kept getting holes in it. Doesn't seat correctly. Manual states to put the LED strip all the way up covered, yet it doesn't radiate like the picture shows. My LED end table that was made by a different company and sold by Home Depot actually had the LED lights already assembled and came with a outlit plug to hook up the USB cable for it to operate the LED, where this one doesn't have one.
