So far solid performer, make sure you bundle it with the rest of the needed Viper remote start products and Geek Squad install. I am really happy with the distance that I am able to control my auto start and other features. I can even get it going 300 yards away from the basement of my workplace, solid brick and metal building.... Awesome product and its expandable for future added features

So far so good with this Viper remote start. We are using it in a 1994 Toyota 4Runner and it works well, until it gets cold. When it is a cold morning we usually have to press the remote start button a couple of times to get the car to start as it doesn't turn over the engine long enough to start on the first try. Otherwise, it works well.

I have always wanted a remote starter but it became a NEED when I found out I would be working in Indiana this winter. I called Best Buy and was lucky enough to get a same day install 2 days prior to leaving town. I have had it for 4 months now and it is the best money I have everrrr spent. Works exactly as it should. Now I no longer get in a cold car!

Overall satisfied, but would like timer set higher, service tech set Shut off Timer higher, but it did not change.

This was the wrong unit for my truck (diesel with manual transmission). Other than that, product looked solid, great key fobs and such.

I do not have problems with the product. The problem is with instalation. They do not specify how much more I need to pay for new cars

Additional equipment is required for this system. Salesman did not disclose only found out at installation.

SmartStart compatible so we use this mostly with the app but the fobs are fine as well. Great product and experience.

I have one in my Chevy truck and bought this for my daughters Pontiac G6. Had the Geeks install it and as expected this works great. Nice to get in a warm vehicle starting it from the house. I park my truck quite a ways from my work building and it starts with no problems from pretty far away.

This product has a far reach. It is wonderful not having to go outside to star my car on these cold mornings.

Great for the winter, but also nice in the summer. This remote starter has saved my butt a bunch, however I think the distance from the vehicle may be overstated in the product description; I find that I have to be relatively close to get it to start.

This system performs as well as Compustar and for a lot less cost.

This product was the best investment I made in my car. Being a very cold person, I loved being able to start my car from inside my house and/or office on cold days. Unfortunately our car was totaled in an accident and I could not recover the unit to be placed in my new car.

Works great and the install man was great. Did a good job and was very informative and helpful.
